Job Overview

This role involves designing and implementing customer care and billing (CC&B) solutions using Oracle Utilities C2M suite. The ideal candidate will leverage deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M to drive business value in the utility industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement CC&B solutions using Oracle Utilities C2M, ensuring seamless integration with field service management platforms.
  • Develop and integrate meter data management (MDM) capabilities with C2M, facilitating real-time data analytics.
  • Architect service and asset-based architecture within C2M, guaranteeing data integrity and high-performance data management.
  • Implement smart grid gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems, enabling efficient data exchange.
  • Expertly manage meter-to-cash (M2C) processes, including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations.
  • Utilize Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to streamline development and deployment of C2M solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT, enabling seamless integration with various systems.
  • Familiarity with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture, ensuring efficient data exchange.
  • Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows via SGG or custom adapters, facilitating real-time data analytics.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications, guaranteeing data integrity.
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques, ensuring high-performance data management.
  • Knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards, maintaining data confidentiality.
