Biotherapeutics Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Cell Culture Specialist to accelerate our growth in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to customers and sales teams on cell culture product lines, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to achieve sales objectives, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Analyze complex issues, providing expert solutions and troubleshooting to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Promote cell culture products within customer processes, enhancing market share and driving business results.

Requirements:

• A master's degree in biotechnology or a related field, such as biochemical engineering.
• At least 6-9 years of hands-on experience in upstream process development (mammalian) within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling various cell lines/lineages, process optimization, and CQA modulation.
