Content Strategist

Our team is seeking a skilled Content Strategist to develop and execute content plans that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the B2B professional services landscape and be able to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline content creation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to define and execute content strategies
  • Develop comprehensive content roadmaps aligned with customer journey stages
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize SEO performance and accelerate time-to-market
  • Build scalable content processes and templates that enable non-writers to implement consistent messaging
Content Creation & Management:

We're looking for a Content Strategist who can create engaging, high-quality content across the entire marketing funnel, including web copy, thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, and paid advertising copy. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with internal subject matter experts to extract insights and develop authoritative content that demonstrates our expertise.

Brand & Standards Leadership:

The successful Content Strategist will establish and maintain consistent brand voice, style guidelines, and content standards across all channels. They will ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and speaks effectively to SMB and mid-market audiences. Additionally, they will mentor internal teams, including content specialists, SEO, and creative teams, to maintain quality and consistency.

Performance & Optimization:

We're seeking a Content Strategist who can monitor and analyze content performance across platforms, tracking engagement metrics, conversions, lead quality, and brand impact. They will identify optimization opportunities across marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences, conduct A/B testing on content elements, and apply customer data and insights to tailor messaging to specific audience segments and pain points.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
