Job Title

A key member of our team will guide a growing software engineering group, overseeing project delivery and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to develop strategic plans and deliver new features aligned with business goals.
  • Manage project execution from technical design through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural direction and code reviews.
  • Identify and address technical impediments to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in ongoing professional growth and development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Apply expert technical knowledge to drive business outcomes and contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
