Sr Product Analysis and Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Analysis and Design Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that involves business analysis and product management with a focus on functional enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A background in business or technology is essential, along with relevant experience of 8+ years in Capital Markets, Post Trade automation, Corporate Actions, and/or Agile software development process.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and designing solutions, eliciting requirements, and delivering well-defined functional specification documents. Prior experience in issue trouble shooting, customer-facing roles, and change management process is preferred. Self-motivated individuals with a proactive work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement functional enhancements
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and deliver well-defined functional specification documents
  • Provide onsite product consultancy and assist clients with acceptance criteria gathering

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Post Trade automation, Corporate Actions, and/or Agile software development process
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:
