  • Lead a team of 10-15 members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on business tax and individual tax returns for new hires and existing staff members.
  • Monitor engagement budget hours versus actual hours.
  • Identify new marketplace service opportunities and grow the tax practice.
