As a Global Process Expert, you will play a critical role in optimizing finance operations.
You will act as the main connection between teams, ensuring that designed processes are effectively followed and continuously improved.
- Support the implementation of financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across organizations.
- Monitor and identify areas for improvement within finance processes, translating business requirements into actionable changes.
- Document finance processes, including local adaptations and controls, and maintain up-to-date documentation for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization and maturity analyses, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to implement proposed process changes and provide feedback on process-related topics.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial accounting and controlling, process improvement, or project management.
- Strong understanding of transactional finance processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
