Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Operations Director to join our team. This is a critical leadership role that will drive financial excellence and operational efficiency across our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our financial strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insightful analysis on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
  • E nsure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Oversee audits, statutory filings, tax planning, and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor financial risk, implement controls, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, presenting financial performance updates to the board.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and working capital effectively.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes and consolidation reporting.
  • Oversee treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis.
  • Drive adoption of finance technology tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and compliance.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide real-time dashboards and performance tracking.
  • Mentor and lead a distributed finance team to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Build scalable finance processes to support future business growth.

Requirements:

  • CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and taxation.
  • Proven experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Consulting preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with finance technology tools.
  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.
