Job Description

As a Senior Public Relations Executive, you will be responsible for leading media and influencer outreach efforts, identifying new journalists and potential influencers to engage with.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the company's reputation and credibility through effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate documentation from executives and management associates, providing support to managers as needed.
  • Take ownership of client results and objectives, working independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Oversee the tactical elements of client programs, ensuring seamless execution and follow-through.
  • Coordinate with teams across markets to deliver on activities, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in public relations or a related field, with a proven ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
  • A deep understanding of how agency services contribute to client retention and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate yourself professionally at all times.
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor junior colleagues.
  • A commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
