Wealth Management Opportunity

This senior management position offers a chance to grow and develop wealth management strategies for clients.

  1. Develop and provide solutions to client needs based on their requirements.
  2. Conduct timely follow-up with leads, including tagging them in broadcasts and news articles.
  3. Increase the client base by meeting new clients, referencing existing investors, and building Assets Under Management (AUM).
  4. Initiate regular portfolio reviews for existing investors.
  5. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors, keeping them informed about market trends.
  6. Share regular updates with investors on schemes, research papers, and other relevant information.

Must-Haves:

  1. Excellent socializing and relationship-building skills.
  2. Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  3. A confident individual who can effectively present themselves and communicate with clients.
  4. Able to analyze client requirements based on financial goals and possess strong logical and numerical abilities.
  5. Ability to handle stress and adhere to procedures while maintaining emotional stability and conscientiousness when achieving targets.
  6. Proactive identification of opportunities for greater profit.
  7. Familiarity with compliance guidelines and willingness to monitor and respond to documentation requests.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory.
  2. Possession of relevant certifications is an added advantage.
  3. Experience with various wealth instruments, including insurance, fixed deposits, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, etc.
  4. A proven track record of AUM generation.
  5. Aum size of at least Rs. 30 crores.

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata

Salary: ₹15-25 lakhs per annum
