About The Role

The Professional Services team is the backbone of Arbolus, offering high-quality service to our international client base. In this role as an Associate, you'll delve into diverse topics, identify and connect with prominent thought leaders from around the globe, and nurture these connections. By doing so, you'll help our clients make well-informed decisions through our network of experts.

You'll be tasked with building and maintaining client relationships, providing daily support on client projects, juggling numerous time-sensitive research tasks, finding and recruiting leading experts, evaluating new and existing experts, onboarding newcomers, and fostering ties with influential figures across various sectors. These duties will facilitate smoother collaboration between our clients and the experts within our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen and maintain long-term client relationships through collaborative project execution and direct interactions.
  • Offer continuous support to clients regarding their ongoing project requirements.
  • Balancing multiple, concurrent research requests, focusing on timely completion.
  • Identify and engage suitable subject matter experts based on client needs.
  • Evaluate the relevance of both new and existing experts using phone and email screenings.
  • Welcoming and integrating new experts into the Arbolus ecosystem.
  • Nurturing professional relationships with influential thinkers across multiple disciplines.

About You

As we look for talented individuals to join our team, we're seeking candidates with a solid academic background in fields such as Finance, Business, Human Resources, Research, or Economics. Your prior experience in the expert network or related fields would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, effective time management, and excellent organizational skills are non-negotiable for this position. Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an expert network or a closely related field.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage your time and organize tasks effectively.
