We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Compliance Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in compliance, risk, or audit functions and possess strong knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and vendor management. Familiarity with compliance tools like Vanta is also essential. Excellent communication and documentation skills are required, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining adherence to global regulatory and industry standards. This includes staying current with relevant regulations, conducting regular gap assessments, developing remediation plans, and ensuring ongoing compliance. You will also prepare documentation, coordinate with third-party auditors and assessors, and create, review, and update internal policies, standards, and procedures.

In addition, you will manage compliance automation tools and evaluate the security posture and compliance of vendors and other third parties to minimize supply chain risks. You will also lead and document Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) testing, support internal risk assessments and vendor management programs, and conduct risk assessments to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential threats to the organization's assets, operations, and reputation.

You will also promote a culture of compliance across the organization, facilitate internal security awareness and compliance training programs, and act as a resource to teams on compliance-related matters without stalling innovation. You will define and track KPIs to measure compliance program effectiveness, drive continuous improvements, and ensure compliance is embedded in business processes.
