Job Overview:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and delivery of SAP ABAP solutions across various modules.

  • Technical Leadership
  • Lead the development and delivery of SAP ABAP solutions across multiple modules including FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ABAP developers to ensure optimal use of their skills.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and enforce best practices in development and documentation to maintain high-quality solutions.

Solution Design & Development

  • Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Develop custom programs, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms using ABAP to meet business needs.
  • Work on Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV Reports, SmartForms, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits to create robust and scalable solutions.
  • Design and implement OData services for Fiori applications to enhance user experience.

Integration & Performance

  • Collaborate with Basis and functional teams to integrate systems and improve performance.
  • Optimize code for scalability, maintainability, and reusability to minimize maintenance efforts.
  • Support SAP HANA-based development and Embedded Analytics to leverage advanced analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on innovation and growth.
  • Excellent expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, SAP Gateway, and Fiori/UI5 development to drive business success.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver projects efficiently.
