  • You'll spearhead projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Update your knowledge by studying current QA tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure software is tested and deployments are supported in line with QA processes and business requirements.
  • Analyze technical requirements to produce test estimates and approaches.
  • Contribute to SCRUM ceremonies, maintaining our legacy test suites and updating data sets.
  • Perform regression, sanity, and exploratory testing to a high quality and within agreed timescales.
  • Document, manage, and support the resolution of defects.
  • Report defects in the defect management tool in a clear manner.
  • Liaise with necessary parties during the testing life cycle.
  • Enhance QA team processes through knowledge shares and contributions to QA improvement sessions.
  • Assist others with UAT/integration testing, ensuring work is carried out to QA standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to hitting deadlines.

What You May Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of QA experience.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Required Knowledge:

  • Agile software development methodology.
  • Functional testing methods and techniques.
  • Good understanding of Test Analysis and Acceptance Criteria process.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • SQL and Database tools.
  • Scripting languages.
  • Behavior-driven Development (BDD).
  • SOAP & REST web API.
  • Java Basic.

Skills:

  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effectively meet deadlines and troubleshoot issues while handling multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to get the job done in time, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members.
  • Demonstrates ability to learn quickly within a continually changing, challenging environment.
