Job Description

This role entails providing advanced technical support and management for Cisco UCCE and related systems, requiring a high degree of expertise in call centre solutions and voice network technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting experience on Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Proficiency in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • A thorough understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Awareness of ITIL process framework.
  • A comprehensive grasp of Cisco Voice network deployment models.
  • Familiarity with the functioning of voice network devices.
  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools.
  • Integration experience with other Tools.
  • A clear understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience working on Cisco Voice platform.
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration with Third Party Providers to assist in Problem resolution of telecommunication Problems & OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, up gradation & site coordination.
  • Point of contact for all service delivery issues/pending work/escalations.
  • Team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintenance and update of Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiation of processes improvements.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork. Power point presentation/preparation and should be good in excel related Analytics.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management.
