Territory Business Growth Specialist

At Rentokil Initial, we're on a mission to provide innovative solutions for pest control and prevention. As a Field Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and securing long-term relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the facilities management industry, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. A graduate degree in any field is required, and a preference for home product or service experience is beneficial.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

• Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve targeted sales goals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and quality service delivery
• Manage customer expectations and resolve any complaints or issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collection of payments
• Maintain up-to-date records and databases of customers and sales activities
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
