Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Architect to design and develop cutting-edge BMS hardware systems for our BESS domain. This role involves exposure to designing, layout, compliance, EMI-EMC aspects, and delivering high-quality modules/systems on-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect BMS HW system for BESS domain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in customer-facing roles to provide solutions for complex use cases
  • Owning responsibility of delivering modules/systems on-time and at quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering
  • 12-14 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS
  • Strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs, etc.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries for Energy storage application such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, etc
  • Knowledge of PCB layout constraints
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries
  • Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience working with various Sensing Technologies (ex: Temp Sensor, Voltage sensor, etc.)
  • Experience working with hardware peripherals and communication ckt design
  • Experience in Power Supply Design
  • Experience working with MOSFET driving
