Job Title: Research Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience in quality control, materials science, and laboratory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct experiments and tests to ensure raw material quality and concrete properties.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for site-level issues such as cracks, slump, and cube failures.
  • Maintain laboratory standards, product displays, and BIS code availability.
  • Update quality records and calibration data in Labsys according to QCI/ISO norms.
  • Cordinate third-party testing and admixture trials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong background in chemistry and materials science.

Experience in quality control, laboratory management, and production execution.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
