AI Project Lead - Large Language Models

About this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned AI project lead to spearhead and oversee the development of large language models across multiple geographies. This position is responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects involving data annotation, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), evaluation, and deployment of LLMs at scale.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AI/ML with strong leadership and stakeholder skills, ensuring that projects are executed on time and in compliance with global regulations.

  • Project Leadership: Drive planning, execution, and delivery of LLM/GenAI projects.
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps teams to translate research and business needs into project milestones.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish workflows for SFT, RLHF/RLEF, and evaluation pipelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality annotated assets.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, OFAC compliance, and ethical AI standards.
