Scientific Conference Researcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assume the role of Scientific Conference Researcher.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with global science and research communities, conducting thorough online research and maintaining accurate records in Google Sheets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting online research to discover scientific conferences worldwide
  • Adding conference details to Google Sheet, including name, date, location, website link, type of science/field, committee details, and important deadlines
  • Ensuring each conference is unique and not duplicated
  • Organizing information in a clear and easy-to-use format

Requirements:

  • Recently completed BBA or similar degree (freshers welcome)
  • Excellent online research skills
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets and LLMs
  • Ability to organize data neatly and maintain attention to detail
  • Basic English writing skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience creating lists or conducting research
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge on verifying information accuracy
