Job Title: Senior Hydraulic Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to lead the development and optimization of hydraulics across machines.

  • Design & Develop hydraulic components tailored for vehicle applications
  • Interpret and Work with hydraulic schematics effectively
  • Perform Calculations for accurate component sizing
  • Create Circuit Designs for machines
  • Develop 3D Layouts including components, pipe, and hose routing
  • Support Machine Validation, analyze performance issues, and drive resolution
  • Collaborate with Experts for design sign-off
  • Lead Development & optimization of hydraulics across machines
  • Troubleshoot Hydraulic Issues in both new and existing products
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and work with suppliers for technical fixes
  • Handle BOM and Drawing Releases
  • Apply GD&T Principles in hydraulic design and detailing

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hydraulic design and development
  • Proficiency in CAD software and hydraulic simulation tools
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
