ERP Performance Testing - Bengaluru/Hyderabad

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute performance test plans to ensure seamless execution of ERP applications.

 

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Performance Engineer with expertise in performance testing, specifically Oracle and Siebel. This role requires you to design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans, identify potential bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to improve the overall performance of our ERP systems.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

Performance Test Planning and Execution

Create detailed performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, and execute them to identify areas of improvement.

Lead a team of engineers to plan, schedule, and execute performance testing activities.

Identify and troubleshoot performance issues prior to deployment.

 

Collaboration with Development Teams

Partner with development teams to understand application changes and their impact on system performance.

Work together to create effective test scenarios and identify potential performance concerns.

 

Communications and Remediation

Communicate performance issues and remediation efforts to stakeholders.

Help resolve performance issues through collaborative problem-solving.

 

Integration and Process Improvement

Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous build and testing.

Contribute to process improvements by developing high-quality performance test engineering principles and best practices.

 

Leadership and Mentorship

Mentor and coach QA staff on testing best practices and performance engineering methodologies.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in performance engineering.

Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, Neoload).

Experience with ERP application performance testing.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues.

A solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
