Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking an experienced Regional Social Media Manager to drive growth and engagement across school fan pages. This is a unique opportunity for a creative professional to showcase their expertise in short-form video creation, social media campaigns, and platform optimization.

The role demands a high level of proficiency in content production, growth and engagement, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and mass communication, with a proven track record of achieving 15%+ MoM account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging short-form videos (Reels/Shorts, testimonials, event highlights) to captivate audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Publish daily shorts across YouTube & social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Design visually appealing static posts (graphics, carousels, stories) to enhance user experience and encourage interactions.
  • Update weekly Google My Business posts to showcase the company's offerings and services.
Growth and Engagement Strategies:
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver 15% MoM follower growth and 10%+ engagement rates.
  • Share regular updates (photos, events, announcements) to keep followers informed and engaged.
  • Drive 6+ Google reviews per month per location to improve online reputation and credibility.
Campaign Execution and Training:
  • Execute 1+ localized digital campaign per month to reach target audiences and achieve specific goals.
  • Train students to create high-quality content via Social Media Clubs, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) with actionable insights to inform future campaign strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on short-form video creation.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro (or similar).
  • Proven track record of achieving 15%+ MoM account growth.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
