About You

We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in managing ECM suite applications, conducting upgrades, and implementing solutions within the SAP environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Administration and Configuration: Oversee the administration and configuration of the ECM suite, including Content Server (CS), Archive Center (AS), OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), Secure Content Management (SCM), Brava, WebViewer, and Document Presentment.
  • xECM for SAP Solutions: Manage and configure xECM for SAP Solutions, including scenario configuration for GUI and Fiori. Handle upgrades and implementations of xECM solutions.
  • Upgrade and Migration: Lead and execute upgrades and migrations of xECM for SAP Solutions, Archiving and Document Access and its components. Ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Configuration and Development: Configure alerts, events, and notifications within Content Server (CS/Livelink) and Archive Center (AS). Develop and customize Content Server using Oscript, workflows, web/live reports, HTML, JavaScript, and Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Testing and Implementation: Conduct thorough testing of configurations and implementations. Provide support for all aspects of system implementation, from initial setup to final deployment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with OpenText ECM Suite, including experience with administration and configuration of ECM Suite.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oscript, workflows, web/live reports, HTML, JavaScript, and Oracle PL/SQL. Strong experience in scenario configuration for GUI and Fiori in xECM for SAP Solutions. Proven track record of successful upgrades, migrations, and implementations of ECM systems.

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
