Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Associate. As a Customer Associate, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, call Jio customers and explain them about Jio's Recharges, assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge, sell new Jio connections to prospective customers, resolve customer queries within agreed timelines, ensure a delightful customer experience, respond to all customers in an appropriate tone and language, capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service, and learn about Jio's plans, products, and services to add value to the offering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education Requirement: 10th
  • Experience Requirement: Fresher
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of reading and writing, smartphone usage, speak local language, sales and customer handling skills, ability to learn, goal and result oriented
