Cultural Ambassador

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing people initiatives, providing exceptional support to employees and managers, and driving HR programs and process improvements.
Job Responsibilities- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Partner with business unit leaders to ensure equitable treatment of employees and adherence to company policies.
- Balance business needs with employee advocacy.
- Provide consultation on employee engagement strategies.
- Conduct initiatives such as Rewards & Recognition, Employee Experience surveys, Townhall, and Engagement initiatives.
- Coaching:
- Provide guidance and coaching to business units through continued dialogue with management and employees.
- Effectiveness:
- Partner with management to ensure proactive performance management, including promotions, PIP, and follow-through.
- Manage employee relations investigations and sensitive matters.
- HR Operational Activities:
- Provide compensation support, including compensation band validation and research on external branding.
- Ensure timely functional deliverables and compliance with HR operations.
Key Requirements
- Masters degree in Human Resources or an advanced degree.
- Experience in proactively taking initiative and working with minimal direction.
- Prior experience in driving HR BP and Operational activities is an advantage.
