Job Summary:

This is a senior leadership role overseeing plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage plant operations to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in senior leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing employee engagement
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
