This role offers the chance to lead architecture and design efforts, provide mentorship, and establish technical roadmaps with cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for breaking down complex requirements into manageable deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Your Role
  • Lead the architecture and design efforts, ensuring future scalability and business objectives are met.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship, setting technical direction and driving excellence in the team.
  • Develop technical specifications and ensure deliverables meet functional and non-functional criteria.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding engineers through design, code, and operational reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot/SQL.
  • Experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS.
  • Full stack technical leadership experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and operate modern cloud-native, fault-tolerant distributed services.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and technical expertise, with the ability to align technology with business objectives.
