Job Title: Community Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing community development programs, building partnerships with local stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage community development programs, including project planning, budgeting, and monitoring
  • Budget management and control
  • Foster partnerships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector entities
  • Ensure the successful implementation of projects, including program design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and progress reports
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in community development, project management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of community development principles, practices, and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
