Visual Creative Lead

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging presentations that capture the essence of our brand. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for translating our vision into visually stunning designs that drive results.
This role is not just about creating slides; it's about crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression. You'll work closely with our founder, marketing, and brand teams to develop creative concepts that persuade and engage.
- Create high-impact presentations that communicate aesthetic excellence and strategic clarity.
- Define and execute the creative style & tone for each project, ensuring every design feels unique yet brand-aligned.
- Develop presentation templates, infographics, and mood boards that enhance storytelling.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically expertise in presentations, pitch decks, and corporate storytelling.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality, and impactful deck designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
- An understanding of brand marketing, visual hierarchy, and persuasive design.
- Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout composition.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working on brand pitches or entertainment/media campaigns.
- The ability to integrate subtle animation or interactive elements into presentations.
- A sharp sense of design trends in music, media, and pop culture.
