Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the support team for UiPath RPA projects
  • Monitor ticket queue in ServiceNow and resolve issues
  • Ensure SLAs are met and all BOTs and processes are up active and running as per requirements
  • Proactive monitoring of automated processes and smooth operation of Digital workforce (Bots)
  • Plan and execute enhancements for automated processes
  • Lead USC communications and support planning w.r.t shift rosters, shift handovers, standup calls, SOP updating and maintenance
  • Reporting SLAs and other KPI metrics to management

Requirements include 8-10 years experience in UiPath RPA, good knowledge on UiPath RPA Developer, Orchestrator, Unattended Bot, Document understanding, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
