Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned software developer with expertise in designing and building complex back-end and front-end applications.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Node.js, Angular, and MySQL, as well as experience working with third-party integrations, data storage, and protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance
  • Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
  • Developing and maintaining our REST API
  • Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
  • Implementing continuous integration and deployment

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in GCP and AWS services, Docker containers, and CI/CD tools
  • Experience working with version control systems, particularly Git and GitLab
  • Expertise in designing RESTful Web Services and SOAP, as well as broad knowledge of web standards for authentication such as OAuth2, SSL, CORS, JWT, etc.
  • Ability to write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular codes
  • Strong understanding of platform responsibilities, design patterns, APIs, proxies, caching layers, databases, and other web services used in the system
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and strong team player with ability to pick up new technologies within the project context
  • Comfortable working without clearly defined requirements and ability to work directly with end-users to understand business needs
  • Experience in defining scope and requirements, creating project estimates, and designing application architectures
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Hardworking, determined, dedicated, and positive attitude
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growth
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js, with good understanding of HTML5 and CSS/SASS
  • Familiarity with Observables, RxJS, and other commonly used libraries in Node.js and Angular
  • Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous programming, as well as its workarounds
  • Proficiency in MySQL and SQL concepts, with knowledge of NoSQL and MongoDB
  • Ability to architect, design, and create DB schemas with a futuristic vision and business use case
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience
