Job Summary:

A Data Scientist plays a pivotal role in driving business decisions by extracting valuable insights from data. They leverage programming, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques to identify trends, develop predictive models, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize data using statistical methods and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop solutions to problems encountered in data collection, cleaning, and statistical model development.
  • Gather data from multiple sources and prepare it for analysis.
  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Validate findings using statistical techniques and ensure accuracy.
  • Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate results.
  • Collaborate with teams to apply data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis (SFIA level 3-4).
  • Proficiency in Python and C++.
  • Proficiency in AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertox.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
