Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance system migration specialist to join our team. As an expert in ERP finance consulting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transition from legacy systems to modern technology platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the migration of financial data from SunSystems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations). This involves simulating closing balances for multiple countries, aligning simulations with actuals once available, and ensuring accurate currency conversions based on prevailing exchange rates.

You will also be responsible for preparing closing balance reports in the D365 UAT environment, documenting assumptions and methodologies used, mapping balances between Sun Systems and D365, and coordinating with IDC and validating results with regional finance stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP-related roles.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and prior involvement in ERP migration projects, especially Sun Systems to D365.
  • Good understanding of financial close processes, FX reconciliation, and system cutovers.
  • Experience working with multi-country financials (AU/KR/IN desirable).
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Finance degree or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
