Agile Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile leader to spearhead and facilitate our teams.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 4+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) or similar qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum.
  • Able to lead Scrum ceremonies and foster team collaboration.
  • Promote Agility and DevOps beyond frameworks and processes.
  • A proactive and autonomous working style with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • An open-minded personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and expertise in multi-site, multi-technology environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile & DevOps tools and practices, with an understanding of the payments industry an advantage.
