Job Title: Creative Production Specialist

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and validate them with prominent brands to ensure commercial viability.
  • Create a colour board at the onset of each season, incorporating updated shades sourced from suppliers.
  • Regularly conduct market research in collaboration with the team, presenting findings to identify specific trends or styles that can enhance business performance.
  • Compile and share a market benchmarking report after visiting key locations.
  • Participate in internal reviews with the buying team to select product ranges.
  • Visit vendors for sample development purposes.
  • Obtain lab dip approvals for bulk production.
  • Design artwork for selected styles and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Review strike-offs and provide comments for pp samples.
  • Collaborate with buyers to offer feedback on pp samples.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree from NIFT or PEARL is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and other software necessary for CADs and illustrations.
