Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst 2 to join our Risk Servicing Business Intelligence team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring key servicing and risk metrics, providing meaningful insights, and driving implementable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure key servicing and risk metrics for the company
  • Develop controls and monitoring dashboards to ensure performance against business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Architect and oversee the entire data infrastructure lifecycle, ensuring seamless automation of processes from end to end
  • Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to risk management and operations optimization
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in analytics and data science
  • High proficiency in Big Query, SQL, Python, and Excel
  • Expertise in building interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBi
  • Comfortable with basic statistics, exhibit critical and analytical thinking, with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Experience in leading and delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence Solutions, requirement gathering, analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets, and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions
