MuleSoft Project Manager

Job Description:

As a MuleSoft Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Managing project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing regular project status updates and reporting to management.
  • Leading and mentoring project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing change.

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
