Senior Data Architect Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to drive technology components for enterprise solutions and define solution architectures with a focus on cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based data engineering solutions using GCP managed services, including Dataproc, Dataflow, pub/sub, Cloud functions, Big Query, and GCS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical roadmaps for GCP cloud implementations and drive the deployment of customers' workloads into GCP.
  • Provide guidance on cloud adoption models, service integrations, and technical solutions based on industry standards using GCP - IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive real-world experience designing and implementing cloud-based data engineering solutions and defining solution architectures with a focus on cloud technologies.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience with cloud-based data engineering solutions, particularly GCP.
  • Excellent understanding of big data technologies, including Hadoop, Sqoop, Hive, and Spark.
  • Good hands-on expertise with either Python or Java programming languages.
  • Experience with technical solutions based on industry standards using GCP - IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.
