Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Designer to join our organization. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visuals that align with our brand aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Content) to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
