UX Research Expert

We are seeking a seasoned UX research expert to lead strategic initiatives and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Define research goals and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Investigate user behaviors through contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Evaluate usability and accessibility, providing evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and share insights, communicating findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.
  • Drive research innovation and measure its impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in defining qualitative and quantitative research goals and investigating user needs.
  • Expertise in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • A history of independently planning and executing UX/MR research activities using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Familiarity with corporate or consulting environments, along with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, including proficiency in creating impactful presentations.
