ASIC Test Engineer Job Opportunity

This is an urgent opening for a highly skilled ASIC Test Engineer to join our team at Canvendor.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for complex ICs using various testing platforms and tools. Your expertise in test development, analysis, and optimization will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

  • Develop and execute test plans for ICs on Advantest V93000 platforms using SmarTest 8.
  • Perform functional testing, including internal loopback, SCAN (stuck-at and transition delay), pre- and post-trim, temperature sensors, IO DC parametric tests, process monitor, ring oscillator tests, SERDES (CPRI, PCIE) testing, ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation), Boundary Scan (BSDL, IEEE1149.1 & IEEE1149.6), programming LTU chip, process monitors, high voltage stress testing, very low voltage testing, IO parametric tests, IDD, top level verification, production test, yield ramp, and failure analysis support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to test development and execution.
  • Analyze and optimize test coverage to improve product quality and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans for ICs on Advantest V93000 platforms using SmarTest 8.
