Job Title: Front End UI Developer

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Front End UI Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the design and development of visually rich and highly interactive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visually appealing user interfaces using React and other front-end technologies.
  • Animation Expertise: Leverage GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) to create complex and performant animations and transitions that enhance user engagement and visual appeal.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible web components.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the feasibility and optimal implementation of design concepts, particularly animation specifications.
  • Integration: Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and services.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and troubleshoot front-end performance bottlenecks, especially related to animations, and implement solutions.
  • Technology Advancement: Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, animation techniques, and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
  • (Preferred) Sitecore Integration:
    • Integrate front-end components and animated elements with the Sitecore CMS.
    • Work with Sitecore Layout Service and JSS (JavaScript Services) in conjunction with dynamic UI elements and animations.
    • Understand how to implement animations within a modular and scalable Sitecore environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with React and other front-end frameworks.
  • Proficiency in GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) and its application in animations and transitions.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and their implementation in web development.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
