Digital Design Architect for High-Performance Analog-to-Digital Converters

Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Digital Design Architect to lead our digital datapath design efforts for high-performance analog-to-digital converters. Your expertise in RTL design, verification, behavioral modeling, and synthesis will drive our technology forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance digital controllers using Verilog RTL coding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital and mixed-signal designs
- Develop thorough testbenches and optimize designs for synthesis and timing closure
- Work with advanced CMOS processes and genorate optimal designs for high-speed applications
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field + 8 years experience in high-performance IC development
- Strong foundation in digital design concepts, state machines, adders, multipliers, and combinatorial logic
- Familiarity with Cadence toolset (Genus, Tempus, Modus) and SystemVerilog assertions
- Preferred knowledge of Genus, Tempus, Modus and other Cadence tool set used for ASIC design flow
- Experience with place and route tool flow using Innovus preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of digital signal processing – MATLAB understanding preferred
- Extensive experience with synthesis flow in nano-meter scale CMOS
- Deep understanding of constraints, especially for mixed-signal designs, including multiple clock domains and clock gating
- Familiarity with timing closure and static timing analysis tools with MMMC modes
- Experience with scan chain vector generation and verification
- Experience with flow automation through scripting – shell scripts, Makefile, Python or similar languages

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
