Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Optimization

Develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that integrate seamlessly into building designs.

Work closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient MEP system integration.

Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.

  • Compliance

Ensure all systems meet relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

  • Efficiency and Sustainability

Design and optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact.

  • Documentation

Prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and estimates for all MEP scope of work.

  • Problem-Solving

Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge

A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.

  • Project Management

Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations.

  • Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving

Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges.

  • Attention to Detail

Precision in reviewing designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
