Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to drive design excellence across our digital ecosystem.

This role demands a strategic designer who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences while maintaining design system consistency at scale.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Figma, advanced prototyping techniques, and inclusive design principles. They should be passionate about staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools
  • Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens

Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles
  • Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration
