SCCM Administrator Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled SCCM administrator to join our organization and take on a challenging role in managing our systems infrastructure.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SCCM system, including deployment, patching, and troubleshooting. This involves working closely with various teams to identify and resolve technical issues, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Experience in Intune and SCCM: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing SCCM environments, as well as knowledge of Intune and its integration with SCCM.
  • Systems Administration: A strong background in systems administration within Windows environments is essential, with proficiency in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and hardware.
  • Software Deployment and Patching: The candidate should have hands-on experience with SCCM software deployment, patching, and troubleshooting, including the ability to create and manage packages, collections, and maintenance windows.
  • WSUS (Windows Server Update Services): Familiarity with WSUS is required, including the ability to configure and manage update policies, as well as troubleshoot issues related to updates.
  • OSD Image Creation and Maintenance: Experience with creating and maintaining OSD images is necessary, including the ability to design and deploy custom images, as well as troubleshoot image-related issues.
  • SCCM Site Systems, Roles, and Boundaries: The candidate should have a deep understanding of SCCM site systems, roles, and boundaries, including the ability to configure and manage sites, roles, and boundaries to meet business needs.
  • Configuration Management Principles and Best Practices: Knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices is essential, including the ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing systems infrastructure.
  • Excellent Technical Writing and Communication Skills: Strong technical writing and communication skills are required, including the ability to write clear, concise documentation, as well as communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
