Lead Visual Storyteller

We're seeking a seasoned visualizer who can transform ideas into impactful visuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and storytelling expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver high-quality designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Stay up-to-date on new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain a fresh approach.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Guide junior designers and provide feedback on design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring high creative standards are met.

We value teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. The ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly is essential.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and storytelling expertise.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • A keen eye for detail and balance between creativity and functionality.
