Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion, driving consistent growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including regional VPs, sales directors, and account executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence within the sales organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless post-sales experiences and minimizing churn through effective customer success strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including channel partnerships and market diversification, while analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies for enhanced performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure market needs drive product innovation, aligning sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with finance teams for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings, acting as a thought leader and providing insights into the SaaS IAM market and sales best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- A proven track record in SaaS and cybersecurity sectors, with 10-15 years of sales leadership experience and extensive experience in both domestic and international markets.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in modern sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC and Challenger Sale, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
