Job Description:

As a key member of our CoreEL Technologies team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our hardware development projects. We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Project Lead to lead our team and oversee the design and development of cutting-edge embedded systems.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop project plans, and manage resources to achieve project objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in embedded systems, including experience in FPGA-based board design, embedded hardware/board design, and system-level architecture development. You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers to achieve exceptional results.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of embedded systems, including FPGA-based board design and embedded hardware/board design.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to improve their technical skills and contribute to team goals.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Telecommunication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in embedded systems design, development, and management.
  • Strong technical expertise in FPGA-based board design, embedded hardware/board design, and system-level architecture development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
